Excellent Stay at a Quiet Retreat
varied selectionfriendly staff
I found the breakfast food selection excellent and varied. The staff members were super friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated Tony on reception who welcomed us. A coffee machine with pods in the bungalows was also a lovely touch.
The shower drain was blocked causing a difficulty, the problem should have been dealt with more efficiently. The bathroom was permanently wet thus making it uncomfortable to use.

extensive buffetlarge poolsmaintained grounds
the breakfast buffet was extensive. it included pancakes, eggs, and various spreads. i especially liked the smoothie station each morning. the pools were a highlight too. there were two large pools with plenty of loungers. the water temperature in december was a comfortable 25 degrees. our studio was comfortable. it had a nice terrace. the grounds were very well maintained.
i noticed a slight delay once when a shower drain needed unblocking.

The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen, I used it a lot. Pools are sparkling. I found plenty of sunbeds available each day. The hotel is close to Rancho Texas, that's handy. I also appreciate short walk to shops and restaurants.
The gym is small, it could use equipment.
